LOCATION:
We offer to shoot in the meadow at our home, or at the Theler Wetland Trails in Belfair. Our meadow is located on five acres of forested land, with old logs, stumps, trees, and natural backgrounds. Raining in the meadow? We'll set up our pavilion and shoot under it.

PREPARING FOR YOUR PHOTO SHOOT:
Props, hats, personal items, etc. are all encouraged, especially if it makes you feel more comfortable. If you want to do crazy makeup, bring it with you for touchups. Because we do not charge a sitting fee, we do not provide a makeup/hair artist. Please do not get your hair cut the day before the shoot, unless you are 100% certain of the outcome. Simple, classic clothing photographs quite nicely, but quirky, bright clothing can highlight your personality. Make sure clothing is stain-free and freshly ironed. Try to stay away from designs which will date the photo, such as trendy band names, cartoon characters, etc. With teens, the more comfortable they are, the less likely we are to get frowns. Do not place your teen in clothing he/she finds uncomfortable or embarrassing. Teens today want to project a certain image. We strive to obtain a balance between what they want, and what you want to display in your home. If you have any questions about clothing, please don't hesitate to contact us.

WILD SHOOTS:
Be prepared to get crazy. Don't wear something that you will be heartbroken about if it gets dirty or torn.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: I remember you took a certain pose. Why isn't it in the final selection?
A: Your final selection contains only the best of the entire shoot. Sometimes eyes are closed, or there is movement, and those photos are not included.

Q: When can I expect to see my pictures?
A: Depending on the complexity of the shoot and the amount of retouching needed, images can be available in as little as 2 days to as long as a week. If images will take longer, you will be notified.

Q: What happens if I am late?
A: While we understand traffic problems, appointments missed by 15 minutes, without word from you, will be considered cancelled.

Q: What if it's a "bad day" for me or my child?
A: Bad days show in photos, so by all means, reschedule. Please call if you can't keep your appointment.

Q: Do you accept those with disabilities?
A: Absolutely! We are compassionate to those with special needs.

Q: My child is a bit "wild." What happens if he/she is uncontrollable during the shoot?
A: If I see that the shoot will be impossible, I will tell you. However, sometimes wild makes for great photos, so let's see how it goes.

PRICING:
Sitting Fee: None! We believe you shouldn't have to pay anything until you see the finished product.

-(1) 8x10": $20
-(1) 11x14": $40
-CD of final images: $200 -The best from the shoot, color corrected, blemishes removed, etc. Number of final images varies per shoot.
